CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS

GENERAL:

When you place an order electronically via the website, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance sales agreement provided to you.

Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of purchased products.

Shipping costs related to the delivery of the product will be borne by the buyer.

Each purchased product will be delivered to the individual or organization at the address specified by the buyer within the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.

The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications indicated in the order, and, if applicable, with documents such as warranty certificates and user manuals.

If it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning of this situation. The total payment must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.

IF THE PURCHASE PRICE IS NOT PAID:

If the buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels it in the bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product terminates.

PURCHASES MADE USING UNAUTHORIZED CREDIT CARDS:

If it is determined after delivery that the credit card used by the buyer was used unlawfully by unauthorized persons, and the sold product price is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days at the seller’s expense.

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES:

If unforeseen force majeure events occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer will be notified. The buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order:

If payment was made in cash, the payment will be refunded within 14 days.

If payment was made by credit card, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days; however, the bank may take 2–3 weeks to transfer the amount to the buyer’s account.

BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO CHECK THE PRODUCT:

The buyer must inspect the goods/services before accepting delivery; damaged or defective goods (e.g., dented, broken, torn packaging) should not be accepted from the shipping company. Delivered goods/services are considered intact and undamaged. After delivery, the buyer must take care of the goods/services. If the withdrawal right is exercised, the goods/services must not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract by rejecting the product and notifying the seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery to the buyer or the individual/organization at the specified address, without any legal or penal liability and without giving any reason.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

For services purchased, the 14-day period starts from the date the contract is signed. Withdrawal rights cannot be exercised for service contracts that have started with the consumer’s consent before the withdrawal period expires.

Costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal are borne by the seller.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notice must be sent to the seller by registered mail, fax, or email within 14 days, and the product must be unused as per the provisions in the contract regarding “Products Not Eligible for Withdrawal.”

EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The invoice of the product delivered to the buyer or a third party must be returned. For corporate invoices, the return invoice issued by the organization must also be sent; otherwise, the return cannot be completed.

The return form, product packaging, and any standard accessories must be returned complete and undamaged.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

The seller must refund the total payment and return any documents binding the buyer within 10 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, and must receive the returned goods within 20 days.

If the product’s value decreases due to the buyer’s fault or if the return becomes impossible, the buyer must compensate the seller for damages proportional to the fault. However, the buyer is not responsible for any changes or deterioration due to proper use of the product during the withdrawal period.

If the use of the withdrawal right reduces a promotional campaign limit, the discount received under the campaign will be canceled.

PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR WITHDRAWAL:

Products prepared at the buyer’s request or for personal needs and not suitable for return, underwear, swimsuit bottoms, makeup products, single-use products, perishable items or items near expiry, opened products that are not hygienically suitable for return, products that mix with other products and cannot be separated, newspapers and periodicals (except for subscription agreements), digital services instantly delivered online, and products like audio/video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data storage devices, and opened computer consumables cannot be returned. Withdrawal rights cannot be exercised for services that have started with the consumer’s consent before the withdrawal period ends.

Cosmetics and personal care products, underwear, swimsuits, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, cassettes, and stationery consumables (toners, cartridges, ribbons, etc.) can only be returned if their packaging is unopened, unused, undamaged, and untested.

DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:

If the buyer defaults on credit card payments, they acknowledge and agree to be liable for interest to the card-issuing bank according to the credit card agreement. The bank may pursue legal action and claim fees from the buyer. The buyer also agrees to compensate the seller for any loss due to delayed payment.

You can also pay online with credit cards through our website, either in a single payment or via installment plans. For online payments, the amount will be charged to your credit card at the end of the order.
